INDOCAP
25MG CAPSULE contains Indomethacin, which belongs to the group of medicines
called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs. It is used to reduce swelling and
treat moderate to severe inflammatory diseases of the joints (such as
rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and degenerative hip disease), pain &
stiffness in the backbone (ankylosing spondylitis).
INDOCAP 25MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients
with angioneurotic oedema (condition marked by swelling of the face, lips,
tongue, or throat), have or had signs of peptic ulcer/bleeding in the
stomach/intestine (black tarry stools), nasal obstruction (due to nasal
polyps), severe liver, kidney, or heart problems.

It is used to reduce swelling and treat:
Moderate to severe inflammatory diseases of the joints (such
as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and degenerative hip disease)
Pain & stiffness in the backbone (ankylosing
spondylitis)
Sprains & strains (such as acute muscle and bone
disorders)

INDOCAP
25MG CAPSULE works by preventing the function of enzyme cyclooxygenase-1
and 2 which leads to the stopping of prostaglandins synthesis (chemical
substances responsible for pain & inflammation) that results in reduced
inflammatory reactions and relief from pain.
DIRECTIONS
FOR USE
Take INDOCAP
25MG CAPSULE as advised by your physician. Swallow INDOCAP 25MG CAPSULE
with a glass of water/milk, with or immediately after food. Do not crush or
chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for
you depending on your age, body weight, and disease condition.
SIDE EFFECTS

Mild headache
Ringing or buzzing or other unexplained noise in the ears
Difficulty having a bowel movement
